Inline fuse holder

Inline fuse holders are basically a couple of wires, with a fuse holder connected between them. Inserting a fuse in the fuse holder connects the 2 wires electrically. The fuse is designed to burn out when current gets above it’s rated value. The fuse becomes an open circuit when it burns out. Therefore the 2 wires become disconnected electrically until the fuse is replaced.
