A 3 input AND logic gate is easily made with two 2 input AND gates.
Using one 2 input AND gate as the input for a seconds one, it takes 2 high inputs from the first one to give the second AND gate one of it’s high inputs.
After that, a high signal has to also be given to the other input of the second AND gate in order for it’s output to be high.
That’s a total of 3 high inputs needed for a high output.
