One NAND gate needs to be made into a NOT gate.
Connecting all NAND gate inputs together effectively makes them one input. There now becomes only 2 possible combinations where they are either all high (at close to 5V), or they are all low (close to 0V).
Most NAND gates ICs have 2 inputs, but you can find ICs with more inputs per NAND gate.

Combining NAND and NOT gate.
The NAND gate is an inverted AND gate. So, if you have a NAND gate, and a digital inverter/NOT gate, then you can connect the NAND gate in series with the NOT gate and they will behave like an AND gate.
